Q You are required to do at least 90 minutes of self-care. Being a successful student means knowing how to take time off and prioritize mental and physical wellbeing. Report back with a 150-250-word summary story of what you did for self-care, and if you want to include one picture, and a plan of how else you can do/intend to take care of your physical/mental/emotional health as the semester ends (especially during finals week). Going to school and working full-time creates anxiety, making me think that the more I learn, the better. So I often stay up at night; Lack of sleep and not enough sleep causes the body to consume a lot of energy. On top of it, the closer to the final exam date, the heavier the pressure of the coursework made me lose my appetite. However, as I read about self-care tasks, I started planning and altering my scheduled activities in the last weeks. For example, I wake up 30 minutes earlier and go for a 15-minute jog every morning. I also watch youtube yoga exercises at home 15 minutes before going to bed for good health and mental relaxation.
